The Tokyo University of Science holds its annual Theater Night event every year around October, at Tone Canal’s Canal Waterside Park. The theme changes every year, and for 2023, the theme was “To Unravel.” Attendees were encouraged to look at the surrounding scenery from a different perspective, as they explored the various interactive decorations. The canal area is always beautifully decorated with pretty ornaments and lights making for a magical experience, especially when night time rolls around.

There are several activities for visitors to do, like lantern making and aroma oil making, along with an extensive selection of food from local restaurants. There are also music performances throughout the day, and a beautiful bubble show to finish the event off with a bang (or a pop!).
