Built in honor of the 200th anniversary of the invention of Shiro Mirin.

This outdoor museum displays images of the oldest exisiting mirin labels in Nagareyama, as well as historical documents of the two oldest mirin companies in Nagareyama, Manjo and Appare. Manjo has since become Nagareyama Kikkoman Corporation, and their factory can be seen beyond the fence of this Open-Air Museum.
