Get a first-hand look at the brewing process of Sake & Shiro Mirin!
A sake brewery that has been in business since 1872. Using traditional rice fermentation and brewing techniques, they produce high-quality sake and mirin.
During the summer months, you can make reserve a free brewery and tasting tour by calling in advance (Japanese only). It is a rare opportunity to see the massive wooden vats that store the fermented rice mixtures and learn about how sake is made.
